Nantucket Basket Making Class
We value basic techniques and teach students with the goal of being able to make beautiful baskets on their own. We do not train instructors or provide guidance to those who sell. The classes currently recruiting students are as follows. There is no problem with bringing in materials, but please refrain from bringing in special parts that are original to other classrooms as we cannot understand how to use them.
NHK Cultural Center Saitama Arena Class (twice a month)
From those who want to start making Nantucket baskets to those who have experience, we will carefully guide you with a small number of people.
2nd and 4th Friday of every month
10: 00-12: 30
13: 30-16: 00

Urawa class (twice a month)
This class is for those who have learned production in our classroom so far.
Please do not hesitate to contact us for one-off participation such as maintenance (repair, handle replacement) of baskets made in the past.
